I don't own any candles, so that sounds good to me.

We should also send inspectors around every month to make sure people don't own any.

You have to turn them in to the govt. You are not responsible enough to own them.

And also if they are a 1/4 inch too short the govt will send a team like they did to Randy Weaver........
