On the left: Missiles constantly recalibrating their targeting, changing where they have to aim, so as to make a precision strike where they actually land.
On the right: Missiles fired indiscriminately, not caring where exactly they land, so long as it hurts the enemy.

That being said, I think the ones on the left are part of the "shield" Israel uses to shoot down incoming rockets.
