It’s been suspected even by some Foreign but Pro-Russian Government outlets. That he’s been sick or at the very least has developed some sort of chronic health condition within the past few years. The speculation was out on with what precisely though. Though it apparently was based off some obscure reference to increased spending in a Budget Report for Medical Care for Government Officials.

I probably wouldn’t put too much stock in him being fatally ill though.
