I expect this to fade out. First, the exposure of lewd behavior by adults in front of children is child abuse, and practically everyone knows it. If people have a choice between protecting children and virtue signalling, it's more likely that their true instincts will take over. Second, in spite of what kids are told, their hormones will eventually kick in and make them straight, as long as the child abuse wasn't deep enough to warp a child's nature.
