A failure of the government leadership????? It was probably promoted by the government to get rid of Hamas. The best IDF listening devices and HUMINT couldn't see what was about to take place? No. The Israelis knew what was going to happen and allowed several of its citizens to be sacrificed in order to promote a war with Hamas. Change my mind.
