So, I just ran the same photo, where the little pixilated image is not in the photo, and submitted it to the same website, and it says it was generated by a human. So not AI.

You can check for yourself. Just crop the image so the blurred part by the person's hand on the right side of the image is not included, and upload it to aiornot(dot)com.
