I saw a YouTube video of a tank shooting at a camera.

a comment explained that modern cameras give off an Infrared Signature, the tank crew mistakes it for an enemy aiming their weapons at them, shoots at the camera[man].

or could just be rocket attack like propertyofUniverse mentioned.
