Time for A road trip. There are inhabitable places in kansas, Nebraska, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, oregon, Washington, Utah, Dakotas, etc where you can't see a living soul in any direction. there is so much space its insane. Then you can really get away if you move north to Canada or south to Mexico and further. If you want to live in population centers then you get what yoh described. There are really nice towns that are dying because people want their Sodom and Gomorrah instead of Mayberry
