Trump in the video is talking about what happened in a meeting with Russia as described by the leftwing Wikipedia on this page under the section titled 2017 Oval Office incident with Russia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donald_Trump%27s_disclosures_of_classified_information

TLDR version: Israel thinks Trump shared Israeli intelligence with Russia in such a manner that it implicated Israeli spying. Orange man good, Mossad bad.
