I listened to that episode this morning. Pretty interesting about all the vote cheating that went on in AZ. I especially like the story she told of a friend who wanted to vote with a provential ballot and that vote was never counted.
Ballots which might have something wrong with them and need a human eye to see what might have happened to it. I.e. a tear on the ballot, too many boxes checked, name not matching voter ID, in this case he was supposedly voting outside of his registered poll station. Thus his vote was held aside so someone could verify his actual voting location. Yet his vote was never put into the mix along with 8999 other votes.

Votes getting pigeonholed was an other cog on their cheating. I know from first hand experience.
What does "provential" mean?

Isn't that "provisional?"
