News flash: the military moves vehicles by train, for exercises and deployment.
The reasonable answer is "Nothing to see here, folks. Do not believe the evidence of your eyes and become alarmed if you are simply ignorant of the fact that this is totally normal and nothing to worry about."
Nothing is what it looks like. Until it is.

They do. Growing up, that same rail line, I would see up to about 20 at a time on that track. I don't recall so many at once. Though it is likely an order from a manufacturer to a base somewhere east of Utah.
I am thinking it is the same train.
Seeing from Las Vegas to Colorado to Utah and now in Wyoming. Maybe it is the same train but sure lots of it.
