Could be the same train. Military vehicles being carried by train through Salt Lake & down past Spanish Fork into the canyon is not uncommon.

I haven't seen that amount ever IIRC, though have seen up to about 20 at one time over the years. I figured that they were moving vehicles between bases.

If the Utah video has the same vehicle count/formation as the following Colorado video, then this is the same train.
