Obviously the employers who mandated the Jab should be in the legal crosshairs first.
But I'm sincerely hoping that there's legal means of justice for two other categories:
People that got laid off because they wouldn't get the jab (My wife is one of them). Her company had a small round of layoffs and everyone that was let go was not vaccinated. But it was just "normal" layoffs.
The people who got jabbed because their company made life extremely difficult for the unjabbed and/or subtly implied that mandates were coming. I know a LOT of these people, in part because my company did this. I and several friends/colleagues refused to give in to the pressure, but my company made it very difficult to do our jobs without the jab and I know for a fact (pays to have friends in high places) that several members of HR and executive leadership were chomping at the bit to fire unjabbed employees.
I sincerely hope that there's a legal means of getting justice against these companies.
