Yes, I agree. Ive been working hard to read pill my Boomer parents for years now. Thought I was making great progress up until this Hamas-Israel mess. Now I'm starting almost at square one again. This mess threw my efforts back years. And it's all because my parents, especially my Vietnam Vet father, can't fully fathom that a govt, especially ours, could be even remotely as evil as the data proves. It's sad. As a result, I'd say cognitive dissonance is probably our single toughest hurdle to cross in this war.
