Of course we are being lied to. My only question is - by whom?

Hamas couldn't do this on their own (if they did it at all). That leaves a few possibilities...

Israel did it to force a war to get rid of one of their bigger headaches.
CIA did it because - well that is what they do.
Iran did it to pull everyone into a WW3 scenario where they can pop off a nuke.
One of the other ME countries did it to kill the Abraham Accords.
DOD did it to force more money to Ukraine by forcing more money to Israel.
China did it to pull the US into yet another war where we expend blood and treasure, weaken ourselves even more, and they can go attack Taiwan.
Russia did it to get the US off of Ukraine and on Israel.
Lebanon did it to avenge their port explosion.

I'm sure I missed a few, but all of these are possibilities.
