If ever there was a time the 1st Amendment, and 1st BILL OF RIGHT, was intended, it was for when the Government accused you of a crime and you wanted to speak to defend yourself!

The Founding Father's greatest fear was a too-powerful centralized government and the very first Bill of Right was FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
