I like this. Should be implemented in every state. Too bad the left will claim it's rascist or some sort of nonsense. Heck, I have a paper ballot when I go vote, yet I have to put it into some sort of machine so it can tabulate it. I wish the counting of the votes was done by people instead of machines. But, that's what my state wants and has voted upon.
