I'm convinced part of the reason it caught on was most customer service front facing ppl hate dealing with the public.

So you tell them they can't allow the public into the store to deal with them? They'll be all over it.

And they are such a piece of shit. I go through great pains to find awesome small businesses to deal with instead. Every once in a while there's no alternative, generally Big Med or government.
