Let me see if i have the general jist right:

She wanted to prove election fraud and cheating, so she accessed the voting computers etc and copied off the data...

Now, they boomerang'd her and are trying to say that SHE had a hand in cheating etc.

She was invited to inspect the machines. Then she was charged for accessing them. The plea is not about cheating, it's about the "unauthorized" access.
