This is the main mechanism.

Certain people and organizations have been getting paid A LOT of money to bring in illegals and other foreigners. Then the illegals/foreigners (some are "legally" here) get free gibs, free housing, free food, free Uber rides (not merely bus pass), preference in loans for cars and real estate, etc.

Massive amount of taxpayer money used to create turmoil within.
