The 25 RINOs nominated a plurality. Names ranged from Scalise (9 votes, Who is in ill-health and doesn't want it), to Patrick McHenry (6 votes), to Lee Zeldin (4 votes). These are the ones that received the lion's share of 19 votes of the 25 RINOS, who voted against Jordan. The RINOS don't have the power to control the SOTH.
