I'm not so good at the lexical and numeric codes, but I am sure that Flynn is saying something major and deniable to us as anons here:

"we have a person in the WH that is there following a constitutional process"

I think he is implying deniably that there is a consitutional process in progress which is being followed by a person, not necessarily a man and by omission, not Biden. and the "we" are the white hats.

The only constitutional process I have heard of worth mentioning which is worth noting as being abnormal is the 25th and it's the one Trump has mentioned.

There is a certain person needed in the WH to follow that process. It is.....

Flynn has a deep background in Military Intelligence. He knows how to talk in code. He knows how to use double meanings.
