Not sure about hundreds. If they have a good model and good understanding of both what they're trying to accomplish and how to use those tools (which would take hundreds of hours to acquire) this could definitely be done fairly fast. The photoshopping would probably take some of the longest.

Also a good graphics card with high VRAM speed and capacity.
