Praying Jesus (on the left) or founding father of constitution (on the right) holding the holy cross were put in shaded gray color as a true reflection of humanity's current state of mind. Rather than devoting time and attention on God or messengers of God, humans have shifted focus to destroying each other (God's creations, since everyone is God's child) using all the snazzy, fancy and powerful gadgets.
A stark reminder to ourselves where we put our time and focus on a daily basis. Our monkey mind always wants something new, something scintillating, something to tickle the neurons. Observing that need and realization of everything being illusions of creation can calm the overactive mind going back to the silence where all such creations arise from.
Good analysis, with the exception of everyone being a child of God. That is incorrect. Everyone is God’s creation, but only those born again can call themselves an actual child of God. This is in accordance to scripture.
John 1:12, I John 3:1-10, and of course Romans 8:16
Needs more Jesus but overall this is an amazing piece of art. Every time I look at it I see someone new, lol.
