Yes ... it is quite clear .... I would however consider it as such: there is no opportunity for fraud.
Fraud leads to the power differential we currently see: the dis-empowerment of the people and the empowerment of a tiny group.
The reason this is so has to do with the money system. Actually, with the fiat money system. The power to print at will allows your energy to be harvested and concentrated.
So, yes, there is no fiat money in anything that violates nature's law.
