In that case (i.e. Fox Broadcast and not FNC) you were correct when you said Fox is owned by Disney. FNC is not, Fox Broadcasting is.

Honestly it would be hilarious for Philly to lose a network station that broadcasts NFL games. That might help to shake up the political scene there when "The City of Brotherly Love" (the same one that pelted Santa Claus with snowballs in an NFL game) ends up losing some NFL broadcasts.
