Americans need to fear 'weaponized' government, warns attorney
A lawyer who was "of counsel" with former Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell is warning Americans they should fear the "weaponized" government that can "manufacture crimes" against opponents.
Jurisprudence has long ago become what should be readily recognized as corporate courts upholding the corporate state. Common law courts were originally the law of the land. They still are. They were created as a separate entity from government on par with the duties of the elected county sheriff. Long ago the municipal (corporate) courts usurped the separate and independent standing of the common law court. It's all still in the book, but the municipal courts refer to themselves as the sole representatives of the common law courts. I once knew a common law judge; an elderly man, that was once elected by his community as the judge in the county. He was the common law judge for over 20 years. When the county incorporated his role was soon eclipsed and no longer recognized. The municipal court building was staffed with municipal appointees.
The loss of common law courts, in the true sense, has taken away the voice of citizens. We can now see what the municipal corporate courts have come to be. It's essentially the same court system as the former Soviet system had set up. All designed to keep political dissidents from threatening the oligopoly's control.
