Douglas County warns Denver not to send migrants their way: "Not a sanctuary jurisdiction"

County commissioners passed a resolution saying the county is "not a sanctuary jurisdiction" and urging Denver to say the same. One commissioner wasn't present but only said it's not their responsibility or right to tell Denver what to do.
