The government, if it wasn’t so corrupt, would seize J&J’s assets and distribute then to the injured first and then to it’s creditors. Bet there is still money left over.

Once they were hit with the lawsuit, J & J split the baby powder division off from the pharmaceutical part of the company. The only reason they are bankrupt is because they made sure the pharmaceutical funds can't be touched.
