I'd say an important part about the uniparty, is that it's not always clear who's in it. If I was part of the cabal here are some things I would do concerning the uniparty:

• Make sure to maintain a majority, and try for even more than that.
• Make sure whenever an unpopular bill is being voted on, only use the minimum amount of people possible to get it passed.
• Do a rotation on who has to vote for the unpopular option, so you always give them an out of "Well look how I voted on all this other stuff"
• Maintain sleepers that can be called upon for really important things pertaining to the agenda
• Purposefully take L's on less important matters
