Democratic Rep. Jamaal Bowman of New York has been charged by the DC attorney general with triggering a fire alarm in a Capitol office building when there was not an emergency.
Only counts if he gets a real conviction. In DC you can get up to 30 years for false alarm pulling. And a felony on your record.
If he gets at least 6 months I'd call it a win.
