I am seeing the winds of change in the coming storm.
Much good news this week and we are seeing the fruits of our patience manifest.
McCarthy outed as the villain he is with a true MAGA constitutional lawyer now presiding as speaker of the house. Justice Thomas gives an emergency writ of Mandamus on election fraud case two weeks to fix filing errors, which never happens. and I found 20 bucks in an old pair of jeans. lol
Ok, so it was not as big as what the Georgia Recorder first reported on, but it still has teeth.
Typically, if you file any appeal, writ or whatever with errors in it to the Supreme Court, it is automatically kicked to the curb.
In this case, Justice Thomas gave the writ back to them telling them to fix the errors and gave them two weeks to do so.
This just does not happen.
The case is still alive and whether it will be heard by the court or not we will find out in a couple weeks.
It is definitely one to keep our eyes on. Thomas found the arguments within compelling enough to allow them the opportunity to correct the filing errors.

This is coming to a head now. We are now in the pain process.
Has the Justice Thomas things passed the 48 hour rule? I know many in here were saying itβs not why we are saying it is?
