Highly relevant to the Trump document cases! I suspect we'll see this theme emerge in casework soon. The white hats love to place the cabal into these catch-22 scenarios where they have to "pick an argument". Is a copy a personal record or an official record? Was this a copy or the only official record? What if there was no secondary copy?
