Malone invented a mRNA technology/techinique. USA DOD, DARPA created a vaccine using the mRNA technology/technique. Malone can't be blamed for evil people using his invention for evil purposes.

However, I do have an issue with Malone. For two years he led researchers and scientists astray by insisting the vaccine was using messenger RNA. It has now been verified to be using modified RNA.
