It's not true. The whole US government collaborated for 20 years to deliver weapons to Afghanistan. Everyone in the pentagon was on board. Every democrat was on board, probably 95% of republicans were on board. Donald Trump was on board. Even though the stoners of the ANA couldn't even do a jumping jack the US gov was telling us the goatfuckers were prepared to defeat the taliban, and naturally they folded in a few weeks. Biden was part of it but the entire American system of government, media, and fat complacent population was too.
