Did you read the article you linked? He’s talking about the $100 BILLION supplemental that Biden wants with Israel money so he can get more for Ukraine. There has been no money voted on for Israel before Johnson became speaker. (Other than the normal aide sent to them) The $100 million is money Biden took from somewhere else to give to his pal Zelensky a week or two ago after Zelensky came begging. The first line of the article that YOU linked says split his $100 Billion supplemental because Republicans would not support a Ukraine package. Sorry to point out you have no idea what you’re talking about. Bifurcated means he wants TWO bills, the request already states how much Biden wants for each country and a couple of other things.
