I often find myself saying the same thing about the VA. My veteran gf and I call it a self-licking icecream cone that sometimes administers healthcare. But even the "healthcare" they do give is negligible and sub par......
If they were to organically, truly accidentally "f" up what they do, the law of averages says that that should only happen a maximum 50% of the time, while they "get things right" the other 50%.
But it's not that way. They get it wrong 100% of the time. Every time. All the time. With virtually every patient. Tells me they're intentionally impeding/sabotaging veterans' healthcare and the "intentional" part is not just conjecture.
