Sidney Powell is registered as a MILITARY LAWYER and is the only one who can prosecute TREASON at a TRIBUNAL!”
She not in the military and can't be military prosecutor. Civilians registered as military lawyers can serve as defense attorneys.
Lots of other prosecutors can prosecute treason. And I don't know if she is even a registered military lawyer.
And that wasn't even the plan, she testified the plan was to make her a special prosecutor. That's a civilian thing, not a military thing. And use executive order 13848 that's what she said she was going to do
In addition to trying members of the military, military courts can also try civilians who are accused of serious offenses, such as terrorism or espionage. These civilians are tried in military courts because their crimes are a threat to national security.

This is not accurate. Treason, espionage, terrorism are routinely tried in civilian courts.
Do you remember that ISIS truck attack in New York in Trump's first year? He got 8 life sentences earlier this year in the Southern District of New York.
Robert Hansen 's espionage trial was in the Eastern District of Virginia. So was Aldrich Ames. Two of the worst spies in US history.
