Am I right in assuming that if Biden dies(as President) and because Kamala Harris isn't eligible to be President is the House Speaker(MJ) next in line and therefore becomes the next President?

IF Harris were actually determined to be ineligible to be President, then yes, that would be the case. But the same eligibility for President also apply to the Vice President, so she has already been ruled eligible by the powers that be. The opinions of people on this forum are irrelevant.
Much more likely, if you think this is the plan, is that she would voluntarily resign for some reason, moving Johnson into the top spot.
this. or it may be possible for someone to challenge Kamala eligibility upon the departure of Bidan (as some call him) at which point the legally appropriate position of the courts may be to have the SOTH be acting President until the eligibility matter is resolved. logic, limiting of harm, and equities seem to suggest this is appropriate action lest an ineligible person take the role and cause irreparable harm
Not exactly accurate. Not being ruled ineligible is not the same as being ruled eligible.
The fact that she was allowed to register and run as VP indicates she has already cleared the eligibility hurdle as far anyone in authority is concerned. She genuinely has been ruled eligible, and the fact that nobody has successfully challenged her status in 2+ years as VP means there is also essentially no chance of making this argument if she becomes President.
Simple question - Did anyone do an eligibility check when Obama took office?
We're teens to make a lot of assumptions based on common sense, but rarely is common sense used in official settings, by design
Yes.
The evidence given for it was forged and any action to prove it false was quietly quashed with the might of MSM and 3 letter agencies. Many people were ruined by their attempts.
Yes, word was that he was challenged by Killery, but imo somehow he out-thugged her, probably because he knew about all the Clinton fam illegal activities, drug and gun running, sexual, and the Clinton connected murders-suicides. For her cooperation? she was given the State Department. Pelosi -speaker at the time- and ? cant remember the other name suppressed all counter-narrative. I dont remember any such discussion verification of Camelaff eligibility except brief outcry by public which was never addressed by any politician or government employee as far as I know. Remember- she was a loser bigly in the primary -no one wanted her then later the potatus picked her after implying he was going to get a black woman.
Each state is responsible for the procedures they use to allow a presidential candidate on the ballot. Implicitly by allowing a candidate to register, it is assumed they are eligible. The Constitution does not require proof. If nobody raises a challenge, then their eligibility is assumed. Ostensibly the major parties do check before presenting candidates, but you just have to take their word for it.
Ultimately, the state electors are only allowed to cast a vote for eligible candidates. If nobody from the Electoral College objects when the votes are being tallied, then they are eligible.
You and I may not agree with this, but it is reality. If Kamala were not eligible, someone needed to contest it before she was voted in on Jan 6. SCOTUS can't even change this now. The House would need to impeach her and the Senate would have to convict for misrepresenting her status.
False - to be president one has to be a NATURAL BORN citizen, not just born on US soil. Just because we have been DEFRAUDED does not mean FRAUD is legal.
I understand this is an opinion popular on this board, but there is no ruling for this in law. Currently, there are only 2 classifications for American citizens. Citizen by birth, and citizen through naturalization. Most Americans will consider anyone who obtains citizenship at birth as eligible for the presidency. I do understand why people don't like this, but the fact remains it will take a court case at SCOTUS to advance anything else as the legal definition of "natural born".
not ruled eligible, was not questioned, was allowed in for the overtake plan
Since nobody raised an objection based on her eligibility on Jan. 6, when the Electoral College votes were accepted, she was ruled eligible. That is the way it works. Anyone who was doubted her eligibility needed to object at that time. I agree that the entire Jan. 6 process was sketchy at best, and while we might be able to revisit the procedural failures of Congress who did not legally consider the objections that were raised, even SCOTUS can't introduce new objections that were never a part of the record. The only option at this point would be impeachment and conviction based on saying she misrepresented her eligibility.
