Am I right in assuming that if Biden dies(as President) and because Kamala Harris isn't eligible to be President is the House Speaker(MJ) next in line and therefore becomes the next President?

I must have missed something, why is she ineligible? Besides the gross incompetence, sleeping her way to the top, cheating in the elections, and general unlikeability?
Neither of her parents were citizens at the time of her birth-- but people father under the jurisdiction of Jamaica and mother from India, which were both under the jurisdiction of Britain. Both her parents were students at Berkely. The idea that anyone born here is a citizen was not true then and is not true now, just a narrative the corrupt have created to water down the citizenship with foreigners.
That is different than was stated elsewhere that they had dual citizenship, so makes more sense why there is confusion. Thank you.
Ooops sorry I editted my comment to correct, I gave you Vivek who is also not a natural born citizen. Both are from Brahmin caste families the highest caste, a ruling caste.
For Vivek --neither of his parents were citizens at the time of his birth-- but people under the jurisdiction of India, which was under the jurisdiction of Britain. His father was here under workstudy so possibly a corporate H1B, and his mother had just obtained a green card to study.
Been a while, but, IIRC, her father was NOT born in America; he also held dual citizenship with his country of birth. NOT born in America wasn't the problem, dual citizenship was. YMMV!
Well the issue is that none of that makes any difference at all. If she were not eligible, she would not have been on the ticket. Sometimes the conspiracy theories are just that...theories. If you have any evidence to the contrary I would love to see it.
To a degree, yes you are correct. Cheaters are the exception, of course (Obama is the example).
You are mostly there. Dual citizenship of the parents doesn't matter. What does matter is where she was born. If she was born on US soil, then she is a born citizen and that is what counts.
Natural born is what counts and jurisdiction of parents and location of birth. A person born to one or two US citizens, but born outside the US is also not a natural born citizen, but has to be naturalized. Once naturalized, still not considered natural born, but a naturalized citizen.
I've heard rumors that she's not a US citizen, like Obama. Highly likely in my opinion, but normies will dismiss it as conspiracy without overwhelming evidence.
I'm ignorant of the minutiae of citizenship when the parents citizenship is in question.
All I've ever heard is that if a child is born on US soil they are a born US citizen regardless of their parents citizenship.
However, I find that highly suspect, it has never set well with me, and many here believe that not to be the case.
I've not researched into if that is actual law or a hoodwinked the dems are doing (probable), and I've not researched it.
