Am I right in assuming that if Biden dies(as President) and because Kamala Harris isn't eligible to be President is the House Speaker(MJ) next in line and therefore becomes the next President?

I'm surprised at all the "yes" answers. The responses from u/monomial and u/flyscifyguy are accurate. Kamala could not be VP today without already being eligible to be P. People can argue all they like, but congress already determined her eligible.
Yes, congress routinely does stuff that doesn't match the constitution. But unless it is challenged and given to the courts for a ruling, whatever congress and the executive do are allowed to stand. If the courts are involved, it's their reading of the constitution that stands. So far nobody has challenged her eligibility, and the courts have not even been asked to rule.
The US constitution is publicly available, free, and one of its best traits is that it is as easy to understand as this answer, written for everyday people to understand. When you read it, you'll know for yourself and won't need to ask.
(Of course, whether today's congress is legitimate or not is a whole separate question. I favor devolution and that it's all a show. But the show has the rules listed above, at least for now.)
