Wtf!!!!! I'm sorry the only excuse for this is (especially since he's white) is that his mkultra therapist/handlers needed to erase/extract a device or information and plant new memories. Looks like this shooting went south when the gun jammed and I suspect he was supposed to die in a confrontation with police, not just get wounded by security.
