Oh sure, everyone is "just about to" but never actually does. There's a long list of those people around here. By the way, who are they announcing this to? I never see these announcements. But I do know that whenever someone claims to have evidence and say that they're coming forward with it, nothing ever comes of it. I called one out here a few months ago.
