You can hurt children in ways not sexual. It's a Gentile terminology. And appropriate to the time and place. No need to get any more blatant. These are honest words. Remember one doesn't need to be harsh in wording to get the audience to understand what's being said. It's a well used term. People know what it means.

Why use the term "sleeping with"? Why not simply "hurting children"?
