With all of the citizen journalists running around making politicians uncomfortable, you'd think someone could calmly ask Jeb after showing them this footage - ask them what they saw and why they reacted that way? Of course it would be a BS answer from Jeb, but, I'd still ask if given the opportunity to ask.
