I appreciate your thoughts. I have a lot of practical skills and hobbies. I weld on occasion. Even 240 volts can make quite and arch melting steel together. My three take aways from this is that it was short lived, very intense, and very precise. Only that spot burnt real hot for a short time. I don't think a DEW cut through the building though but it appears to me something very powerful contacted something conductive and shocked it to bits. I agree that we shouldn't run to far without some specific sauce but I think we should all consider pushing for answers indiscriminately.
