Given how the fallout would spread Israel might as well nuke itself, Tel Aviv nuking Gaza would be like Washington DC nuking Baltimore as it's a similar distance.

Yeah, Nuke is not an option for any in the area unless they want to sacrifice their own lands that border it to the fallout and be unlivable for generations to come. Including the water there.
