Playing devils advocate, security clearances will stay active til they fall off and not renewed. At least that’s how it was with mine, I still had a clearance even after a left the military. Higher level clearances might have different rules and procedures tho

I'm pretty sure that the enemy made a lot of hay about revoking Trump's security clearance...didn't they? I can't recall if they actually did, or just screeched about it.

Biden removed Trump's security clearance in Feb 2021. But this was not removed.

I think this info is coming out from Trump's lawyers. It seems like they didn't know about this Q clearance until this discovery was provided to them.

My assumption is this was overlooked
