Lone Star Rally, Galveston, TX. Multiple people shot by man in a black hoodie, wearing a mask. Happened about 10:30-11pm. Could be gang related or something personal. Unsure. But i got out before it got worse. Always one azzhole to screw up a good time

Often it is like 15 "injured." They count twisted ankles of fleeing people and the like.
