Corruption is at the heart of the CCP-system.
this fosters: bad building habit & ghost towns.
due to bad lending practices, moral hazard, fiat currency scam.
leading to over indebtedness on all levels
with a shrinking population

Combine these with sanctions and decoupling and you have a nice mix of domestic unrest potential.
